Roseville have completed the Painting and Decorating at The London Fruit & Wool Exchange. Creating 260,000 sq ft of offices and 40,000 sq ft of retail in historic Spitafields. The development was sensitively inserted behind the retained façade of the former London Fruit and Wool Exchange on a pivotal corner site.
The low rise development consists of a five-storey office building above mixed-uses at ground. An atrium separates the new building from LFWE’s original façade, the development includes new retail and restaurant space and a pedestrian route through the centre of the building opening into new open spaces.
The Roseville team are delighted to have handed over the project, the decorations team have been on site for a number of months and thoroughly enjoyed working on the project in the heart of the City.
