As the Founder of Roseville Decorating Contractors, Seb has a strong commercial background, and has and has been involved with new build decorating contracts for over 15 years. With a strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction, this has enabled the company to grow at pace, whilst still ensuring the smooth running of contracts.
Having spent a number of years as a painter and decorator, Plamen has worked his way up, to a site supervisor and is now our Contracts Manager, holding SMSTS certification, First Aid training, and an NVQ Level 6 in Management.
As our retained Health and Safety advisor, Oliver ensures that out H&S Policy is updated, and looks after all site visits, enquiries, risk assessments and COSSH information. Oliver also ensures that our SSIP, CHAS and SMAS are all certified.
Mark has over 30 years’ experience with the decorating sector as a Director of a large PLC within the same sector, Mark works on our commercial aspects to ensure our company fulfils its growth ambitions
With over 25 years’ experience in decorating and construction as a Director of a large PLC, Lester has excellent industry knowledge to support our business, and assists with specification and site management.
