His strong commercial expertise and strategic approach to project delivery have been instrumental in the company’s continued growth and reputation for excellence.
Plamen Petrov
Contracts Manager
Having progressed through the industry from Painter and Decorator to Site Supervisor, Plamen now serves as Contracts Manager at Roseville Decorating Contractors. With extensive hands-on experience and leadership expertise, he holds SMSTS certification, First Aid training, and an NVQ Level 6 in Management, ensuring the successful delivery of projects to the highest standards.
Oliver
H&S Manager
As our retained Health and Safety Advisor, Oliver is responsible for maintaining and developing our health and safety systems, ensuring compliance across all projects. He oversees site inspections, risk assessments, COSHH documentation, and regulatory requirements, while also managing our SSIP, CHAS, and SMAS accreditations.
Mark
With over 30 years of experience in the decorating industry, including serving as a Director within a major PLC, Mark brings extensive commercial expertise to Roseville Decorating Contractors. He supports the company’s strategic and commercial operations, helping to drive sustainable growth and achieve its long-term business objectives.

With over 25 years of experience in the decorating and construction sectors, including serving as a Director of a major PLC, Lester brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Roseville Decorating Contractors.
