The Roseville team will be working on the new £3.4 million sports hall for Calthorpe School which will feature a four-court multi-use area, two dedicated changing rooms, a large storage and administration area along with a three layer felt roof for increased durability.
The Roseville Fire Protection team will be applying a spread of flame protection to the hall as part of the fire protection required for the building. The new sports hall, procured through the Scape Major Works framework, is planned to be completed in the spring of 2018 to meet the school’s current and future needs.
The existing school will continue to operate throughout the works and will be using old facilities. Over the years, Roseville have built up extensive experience of working within a live environment particularly within the education sector. The previous sports hall being demolished will create space for the growing school to extend if needed.
