Roseville Decorating team have started on site at the St Giles Circus Development. The project is located close to Tottenham Court Road underground in London. It’s a mixed use development combining retail, leisure, commercial, residential and communal spaces. This will be spread across four new buildings and some of the existing buildings.

The St Giles project is unique. With the largest building revealing a middle floor urban public gallery that will open on street level. It’s foundations will straddle the Crossrail tunnel, creating some interesting challenges for the Main Contracting team.

In the second phase of St Giles, the buildings of Denmark Street, London’s ‘Tin Pan Alley’ will be refurbished. This is an area with a fantastic musical history. The street was once home to ‘The NME’ and ‘Melody Maker’, as well as recording studios that saw The Kinks, the Rolling Stones and Elton John coming through their doors.

As part of the decorating, we will be working on a number of Grade II listed buildings on Denmark Street, Denmark Place and St Giles High Street, some dating back to before the Great Fire of London in 1666.
