We’ve updated our Privacy Policy

Under the new Data Protection (GDPR) legislation which comes into effect on 25th May 2018, we are required to inform you how we store and process data. To help comply with GDPR consent requirements, we have also updated our privacy policy and would like to give you an opportunity to opt out of communications with us. Please email to enq@roseville.co.uk should you not wish to receive communications from us. In an attempt to keep matters simple, if we DO NOT hear from you, we will assume you are happy to continue to receive communications.

Why We Have Your Data

ROSEVILLE (PROJECTS) LIMITED from time to time submits Compliance and PQQ information to selected main contractors and business contacts with whom you may, or may wish to, have a business relationship. As always, we promise to not share personal data with anyone unless your permission has been sought.

What Data We Store

The only ‘Personal Data’ we store about you is your name, email address and, in some cases, we may also store a contact phone number and a job, or role, title. We never collect or process any ‘Sensitive Personal Data’ other than that required under employment law.

How Your Data Is Processed

We will only ever directly email you with system, business, newsletter or marketing emails if you have not requested to be removed from our communications.

Your Rights

Our policy provides clear information on what personal information we collect. We’d like to keep you up to date with our service updates and under the new legislation it’s important that we have your consent to do so. Should we receive your notification that you do not wish to be contacted, we shall ensure that no communications are sent to you, – We hope that you will find our communications relevant and informative.
